PASTA MAKING CLASSES
What to Expect
Step into a relaxed, welcoming kitchen in North London and spend a few hours immersed in Italian cooking traditions.
Together, we’ll:
Make fresh pasta dough by hand
Roll, shape and cut your own pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli or seasonal variations)
Prepare simple, delicious sauces to complement your pasta
Sit down to enjoy what we’ve made, family-style (Pasta and Aperitivo Experience only)
No rushing. No pressure. Just good food, good company, and a little flour on your hands.
The Knolita Way

Beautiful, seasonal ingredients
Guidance that’s supportive and easy to follow
Plenty of tips you’ll actually use at home
Whether you come alone, with a friend, or as part of a group, you’ll feel completely at ease.

My pasta and apertivo experience is a little more indulgent than my pasta making class, in this class we kick off with a welcome drink and canapés, and stay to eat what we make, with a salad and dessert.

Client Reviews
“For the first time my husband and I had the pleasure of taking the pasta making class with Lisa. Before starting Lisa offered us a glass of excellent Prosecco. We enjoyed it and spent 2 hours learning how to make ravioli with ricotta cheese and lemon. Lisa is very professional and she followed us step by step. At the end of the course we took the pasta home and cooked for dinner. DELICIOUS!”
— Mariangela“We had a wonderful evening at a pasta making class with Lisa. She walked us through every step and made it easy to follow. We were amazed at the quality of what we actually managed to produce.
Lisa is very informative and clearly has a love for Italian cuisine. The packs/guides she left us with are great and means we have no excuses not to do it again in our own time”
— Greg“Had a wonderful afternoon learning how to make fresh pasta with a glass of Prosecco on the side what more could you want! Lisa was lovely and patient, explaining and answering questions all in a fun and relaxed environment. It was a fab way to spend a Sunday afternoon and we will definitely do this again!”
