Terms and Conditions

Online (Virtual) Classes

1. Clients will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email once the Client’s payment has been received by Knolita Cooks.

2. Bookings for online classes are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Knolita Cooks. If a Client cannot attend a class, the Client may send someone else in its place. Please let Knolita Cooks know, in advance of the class, the name of the replacement attendee.

3. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Knolita Cooks of any allergies, medical conditions, or intolerances.

Classes (in person)

1. Clients will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email once Knolita Cooks has received full payment by credit/debit card payment or bank transfer.

2. Booking for in person classes are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Knolita Cooks. If a Client cannot attend a class, the Client may send someone else in its place. Please let Knolita Cooks know, in advance of the class, the name of the replacement attendee.

3. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Knolita Cooks of any allergies, medical conditions, or intolerances.

Group cooking experiences/corporate team building

1. A 20% deposit is taken by Knolita Cooks at the time of booking the cooking experience.

2. Payment of the deposit constitutes agreement by the Client to Knolita Cook’s Terms and Conditions.

3. Clients will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email once Knolita Cooks has received the booking deposit by credit/debit card payment or bank transfer.

4. The booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by Knolita Cooks.

5. The remaining balance is to be paid two weeks before the date of the event.

6. No refunds will be given for cancellations by the Client where less than a minimum of 14 working days’ notice prior to the event date has been given.

7. Where a 3rd party hired space is required, the Client will be liable to pay any cancellation fees that apply according to the venue’s terms and conditions; these will be outlined in the booking confirmation document.

8. If the Client would like to reduce the number of attendees covered but its booking once the deposit has been paid, any refund will be at the discretion of Knolita Cooks. Where less than a minimum of 14 working days’ notice prior to the date of the event has been given for a reduction in numbers, no refunds will be applicable.

9. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or intolerances.

10. Photographic/video images of the Client or members of the booking or event may be used by Knolita Cooks on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.

Cucina Club Cooking Course

1. Clients will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email once Knolita Cooks has received the full course payment by credit/debit card payment or bank transfer.

2. Cancellations by the Client with a minimum of 14 working days’ notice prior to the start date of the course will entitle the Client to a full refund.

3. Cancellations by the Client with less than 14 days’ notice prior to the start date of the course are non-refundable, but you will be given the option to join another course at a later date (to be started within six months).

4. Cancellations by Knolita Cooks will be fully refunded.

5. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or intolerances
