Recipe - Budino Al Cioccolato (Chocolate Pudding)
Serves - 4 | Prepare - 15 mins + chilling time | Level - Beginner
What you’ll need
- 500 ml of milk 
- 1 tbsp cacao powder 
- 1.5 tbsp sugar 
- 1.5 tbsp plain flour 
- 4-6 squares of dark/milk chocolate 
- A handful of chopped hazelnuts for decoration 
- Raspberries to serve 
Method
Step 1
Warm the milk in saucepan over a low heat.
Step 2
Mix the cacao, sugar and flour in a small bowl, add to the milk and simmer on a low heat for 7-8 minutes stirring constantly with a whisk.
Step 3
Add the pieces of chocolate to the milk and allow to melt whilst continuing to stir.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into individual ramakins/espresso cups/glasses and allow to refrigerate for around 3 hours or overnight.
Step 5
Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and a few raspberries to serve.
